1. We accept no liability for camping; camping is entirely at your own risk.

 

2. All camping areas are located within the fenced-off event grounds.

 

3. The available spaces are 5m x 10m and are marked out.

(If more space is required, several spaces must be booked).

 

4. Registration is only possible via the online registration form.

After registering, you will receive payment information. The reservation is only binding once payment has been made.

 

5. The camping fee includes all persons and dogs. Electricity and water are available. Shower facilities are also available.

 

6. Arrival is possible from Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and departure is no later than Monday, July 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

 

7. The camping areas are divided by country.

 

8. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire grounds, and any waste must be cleaned up immediately.

 

9. Access roads and intermediate roads must always be kept clear as emergency routes.

 

10. The instructions of the marshals and site staff must be followed.

 

11. Chemical toilets may only be emptied at the designated locations, not in the toilets.

 

12. Barbecuing is only permitted with electric or charcoal barbecues. No gas barbecues!

 

13. The power connections may be up to 50 m away, so bring sufficient extension cables.

 

14. Make sure that all cables are suitable for outdoor use; unsuitable or defective cables will be removed by us.

 

15.  Please bring any adapters you may need, as we use different sockets and plugs.
