From July 10th to 12th, 2026, Mannheim will transform into the vibrant center of international dog sports! We are delighted to welcome participants from all over the world to the World Agility Championships for Juniors and Seniors – an event brimming with passion, precision, speed, and team spirit. Experience how humans and dogs master obstacles and demonstrate top athletic performances in perfect harmony. In addition to exciting competitions, a diverse supporting program awaits you, along with opportunities to meet like-minded individuals and the unique atmosphere that only agility can offer. Regulations of the Veterinary Authority

  1. Participant and Dog Data
    A complete list of participants, including names, addresses, and telephone numbers, must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of the event.
    In addition, the following information must be provided for each competing dog: name, age, sex, and microchip number.

  2. Rabies Vaccination
    All dogs accompanying participants must have a valid rabies vaccination.
    Vaccination certificates will be checked upon entry to the campsites as well as for all visiting dogs.

  3. Dogs from EU Member States
    Dogs from EU Member States must carry a valid EU Pet Passport in which the rabies vaccination is properly documented.

  4. Entry Regulations (EU and Non-EU Countries)
    The applicable EU regulations for the movement and import of dogs from EU Member States and third countries must be fully complied with.

  5. Minimum Age
    Puppies under 15 weeks of age may not be imported or brought to the event.

  6. Health Status of Dogs
    Dogs showing signs of infectious diseases are not permitted on the event grounds.
    Sick or injured dogs are excluded from participation in the competition.

  7. Health and Identity Check
    A veterinary health examination and identity check (microchip verification) will take place within 24 hours prior to the start.

  8. Docked Dogs
    Dogs with docked tails or cropped ears are not permitted to participate in the competition,
    unless a veterinary certificate confirms that
    – the docking was medically necessary in the individual case, or
    – in the case of hunting dogs, docking was essential for the dog’s intended use.

  9. Housing of Dogs During the Event
    Dogs may not be kept in vehicles or transport trailers during the event.

  10. Dangerous Dog Regulation (Baden-Württemberg)
    According to Section 1 of the Dangerous Dog Regulation of Baden-Württemberg, the following breeds may only be kept with the permission of the local regulatory authority and are subject to mandatory muzzle and leash requirements:
    – American Staffordshire Terrier
    – Pit Bull Terrier
    – Bull Terrier
